The Story.
Perched on a hill in the suburb of Peppermint Grove, this one and a half acre residential lot commands magnificent views to the Indian Ocean coastline of Cottesloe Beach, which is known for its majestic tall pine trees seen from afar when at sea. Every effort was made to maintain the large pine-tree at the street entry, which towers over the modern two-storey french provincial limestone family home completed in 1996.
