14 Storey Office Tower for Star Media Group

As part of a larger mixed commercial-residential development, the MS2 - Menara Star 2 at the streetfront - was architecturally conceived as part of the SMG property portfolio to be the home for their various businesses in the Klang Valley. SMG commissioned FSH in 2013 as their appointed Project Manager representative to oversee their interest in the construction and finishing of MS2 by the developer, which was completed in 2017.

FSHDesign was not the appointed Architect for this building, but was involved in the interior space planning process, involving 12 corporate departments.
