Encourage visitors to Festal Cafe, Downtown Vancouver throughout the summer

Analysis & Research.

We researched the targeted Audience and built a Segmentation strategy.

One of the user segments included tourists. We examined the various traveler groups traveling to Vancouver and concentrated on those starting a cruise. To gain a deeper understanding of our target audience, we employed primary research techniques and performed a micro-analysis of their behavior.

Strategy.

Targeted tourists within a 5-mile radius, with interests in specific high-capacity cruise ships, by researching and analyzing their itineraries, browsing habits and following cruise schedules.

Results.

We were able to attain a conversion rate of 15.25% with a monthly minimum spend of $250, and as high as 23.53% in the subsequent month. As a result, In-store sales went up beyond 25% during the period of the ad campaign as compared to previous months.
