The hotel had a weak digital presence and it was directly impacting the occupancy rates.
Our approach included diving into the brand objectives, crafting a high-level business plan for the hotel along with the Sales manager, re-creating a website in tandem with Best Western Brand guidelines and managing a cohesive Digital Marketing Strategy.
